ECU tuning in Athens, on our own dyno

DMS Tuned develops ECU calibrations in Artemida, East Attica, on an in-house dynamometer. Stage 1, Stage 2 and full custom work for petrol and diesel, across every major brand, with 333+ builds measured on that dyno.

Every map is written from scratch for the specific car. We do not load files from a database, because a file written for an average car in another country cannot account for your fuel, your maintenance history or your ambient temperatures.

What a session actually involves

The car is diagnosed first — fault codes, engine health, the sensors and hardware the tune will depend on. If something mechanical needs attention, you hear about it before any software is touched.

Then a baseline dyno run, the calibration itself, and verification runs afterwards on the same machine. You leave with the before and after graphs rather than a claimed percentage.

How long it takes

Stage 1 takes 2 to 3 hours, Stage 2 takes 3 to 4, and a full custom calibration takes 4 to 6. Those figures include the baseline runs, the development time and the verification pulls — not just the flash.

Stage 1 starts from €450 and Stage 2 from €500. The final figure depends on the model, the ECU and whether it reads over OBD or on the bench.

Is it safe

We calibrate within the mechanical limits of the parts on the car, and we verify with real data rather than assuming. That is the entire reason the work is done on a dyno instead of on the road.
