1Driving Safety
Do not interact with the mobile application while driving. Always use a passenger to operate the app or review logs only after the vehicle is safely parked. DMS Tuned is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from distracted driving.
2Mechanical Liability
Modifying, tuning, or logging a vehicle's Engine Control Unit (ECU) carries inherent risks. The user assumes all responsibility for any mechanical failures, engine damage, or drivetrain wear that may occur. DMS Tuned provides data and evaluations "as is" and cannot guarantee the structural integrity of your specific engine.
3Evaluation Reports
The €29 Professional Evaluations and Tuning Services are expert opinions based on the data provided by the user. They do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of vehicle health.
4Legal Compliance
Tuning services may void your vehicle's factory warranty and alter emissions. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their vehicle complies with local laws and regulations.
