Questions we hear weekly from EU customers — answered straight.

Will my warranty void?

Manufacturer warranty on the chassis stays unaffected for paint, body, suspension, brakes. Only powertrain modifications affect the engine warranty (which is usually expired on NCs anyway). We provide our own 12-month warranty on the swap.

Can I drive my car back to UK/EU after the build?

Yes. We provide all paperwork (invoice with build spec, ECU calibration confirmation, parts list). Most EU customers drive home — a great post-build road trip!

How much HP gain vs stock at each stage?

NC 2.0L stock: 126hp. Stage 1 tune: 135-140hp. Stage 2 (2.5L swap): 200hp. Full Power Build (cams + Stage 2 tune): 220hp. Top-Mount turbo: 250-450hp depending on spec.

Do you do core exchange (send us your engine)?

Yes. You ship your tired 1.8L or 2.0L engine, we credit €200-400 off the swap kit price. Saves on disposal too.

Shipping options to my country?

DHL Express insured: 3-7 business days across EU. 5-8 days to UK. 5-7 to Japan. 5-8 to Australia/USA. Full customs paperwork handled by us.

Payment methods?

Bank transfer (EUR/SEPA · preferred), credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal for amounts under €2,000, crypto on request. 30% deposit to start, balance before delivery.

Spare parts availability after the build?

2.5L L5-VE parts are abundant — same engine ships in 2.3 million Mazda5/CX-7/Mazda6 vehicles globally. We hold critical spares in Athens for fastest dispatch.

Insurance / paperwork for modified car?

We provide an engineering letter detailing the swap. UK customers typically declare to insurer (no premium hike for engine-only mods). DE customers may need TÜV — we provide all required documentation.

Will it pass MOT / TÜV / ITV / KTEO?

Stage 1 tunes preserve catalyst and emissions character. We can provide an MOT/TÜV-friendly calibration on request. The 2.5L swap is a like-for-like Mazda engine — passes most inspections without flagging.

How loud / aggressive will it sound?

Stage 1: stock sound. Stage 2 with 4-1 headers: slightly more aggressive intake & exhaust note. Full Power Build with cams: noticeably more sporty idle. Turbo: depends on muffler — can be subtle or aggressive.
