Where the 94 Nm shows up

On a diesel the useful change is torque, not peak power. Going from 320 Nm to 414 Nm fills in the mid-range, which is where a Volkswagen Caddy actually spends its time — pulling from 1,800 to 3,000 rpm in a high gear, overtaking without dropping two gears, towing or carrying weight without the engine falling on its face.

Peak power moves too, 140 hp to 190 hp, but you will feel the 94 Nm far more often than the 50 hp.
