Factory output for the Hyundai Creta / ix25 1.6 CRDi is 128 hp and 260 Nm. A Stage 1 remap targets 155 hp and 325 Nm — 27 hp (+21%) and 65 Nm (+25%).
Those are the figures we work to on this engine. They are a starting point, not a promise: the number we hand back is the one your car makes on our dyno, measured before and after on the same day, in the same conditions.
Where the 65 Nm shows up
On a diesel the useful change is torque, not peak power. Going from 260 Nm to 325 Nm fills in the mid-range, which is where a Hyundai Creta / ix25 actually spends its time — pulling from 1,800 to 3,000 rpm in a high gear, overtaking without dropping two gears, towing or carrying weight without the engine falling on its face.
Peak power moves too, 128 hp to 155 hp, but you will feel the 65 Nm far more often than the 27 hp.
