What 197 hp changes on the road

A turbocharged petrol responds to a remap mostly through boost and ignition timing. Taking the 4.4 Bi-turbo V8 from 653 hp to 850 hp, with torque from 800 Nm to 1100 Nm, sharpens throttle response and shortens the gap between asking for power and getting it — the car stops feeling like it is thinking about it first.
