What 31 hp changes on the road

A turbocharged petrol responds to a remap mostly through boost and ignition timing. Taking the 1.5 dCi from 82 hp to 113 hp, with torque from 185 Nm to 246 Nm, sharpens throttle response and shortens the gap between asking for power and getting it — the car stops feeling like it is thinking about it first.
