Those are the figures we work to on this engine. They are a starting point, not a promise: the number we hand back is the one your car makes on our dyno, measured before and after on the same day, in the same conditions.
What 125 hp changes on the road
A turbocharged petrol responds to a remap mostly through boost and ignition timing. Taking the Taycan Turbo from 680 hp to 805 hp, with torque from 850 Nm to 916 Nm, sharpens throttle response and shortens the gap between asking for power and getting it — the car stops feeling like it is thinking about it first.
Gains of this size (+18%) are normal for this kind of engine on pump fuel, with no hardware changes.
What Stage 1 involves on a Porsche Taycan
We read the ECU, log the car as it stands, and put it on the dyno to confirm the 680 hp baseline — a tired or faulty engine gets diagnosed before it gets mapped, not after.
The calibration is written for your car, not pulled from a file library. We adjust fuelling, ignition timing and boost pressure, then re-run the dyno to verify the 805 hp and 916 Nm figure and check knock, lambda and temperatures under load.
Turnaround is same-day for most cars. Stock file is archived, so the car can go back to standard whenever you want.
