Factory output for the Porsche Panamera 3.0 V6 BI TDI is 300 hp and 650 Nm. A Stage 1 remap targets 356 hp and 725 Nm — 56 hp (+19%) and 75 Nm (+12%).
Those are the figures we work to on this engine. They are a starting point, not a promise: the number we hand back is the one your car makes on our dyno, measured before and after on the same day, in the same conditions.
Where the 75 Nm shows up
On a diesel the useful change is torque, not peak power. Going from 650 Nm to 725 Nm fills in the mid-range, which is where a Porsche Panamera actually spends its time — pulling from 1,800 to 3,000 rpm in a high gear, overtaking without dropping two gears, towing or carrying weight without the engine falling on its face.
Peak power moves too, 300 hp to 356 hp, but you will feel the 75 Nm far more often than the 56 hp.
What Stage 1 involves on a Porsche Panamera
We read the ECU, log the car as it stands, and put it on the dyno to confirm the 300 hp baseline — a tired or faulty engine gets diagnosed before it gets mapped, not after.
The calibration is written for your car, not pulled from a file library. We adjust fuelling, ignition timing, injection timing and boost, then re-run the dyno to verify the 356 hp and 725 Nm figure and check knock, lambda and temperatures under load.
Turnaround is same-day for most cars. Stock file is archived, so the car can go back to standard whenever you want.
