What 40 hp changes on the road
A turbocharged petrol responds to a remap mostly through boost and ignition timing. Taking the 1.2 Turbo from 110 hp to 150 hp, with torque from 205 Nm to 270 Nm, sharpens throttle response and shortens the gap between asking for power and getting it — the car stops feeling like it is thinking about it first.
