Factory output for the Jaguar E Pace D150 (2.0d) is 150 hp and 380 Nm. A Stage 1 remap targets 210 hp and 490 Nm — 60 hp (+40%) and 110 Nm (+29%).

Those are the figures we work to on this engine. They are a starting point, not a promise: the number we hand back is the one your car makes on our dyno, measured before and after on the same day, in the same conditions.

Where the 110 Nm shows up

On a diesel the useful change is torque, not peak power. Going from 380 Nm to 490 Nm fills in the mid-range, which is where a Jaguar E Pace actually spends its time — pulling from 1,800 to 3,000 rpm in a high gear, overtaking without dropping two gears, towing or carrying weight without the engine falling on its face.

Peak power moves too, 150 hp to 210 hp, but you will feel the 110 Nm far more often than the 60 hp.
