What 36 hp changes on the road

A turbocharged petrol responds to a remap mostly through boost and ignition timing. Taking the 0.9 TCe from 90 hp to 126 hp, with torque from 140 Nm to 204 Nm, sharpens throttle response and shortens the gap between asking for power and getting it — the car stops feeling like it is thinking about it first.
