Where the 62 Nm shows up
On a diesel the useful change is torque, not peak power. Going from 320 Nm to 382 Nm fills in the mid-range, which is where a Citroen C5 Aircross actually spends its time — pulling from 1,800 to 3,000 rpm in a high gear, overtaking without dropping two gears, towing or carrying weight without the engine falling on its face.
