Fits Mazda MX-5. 45mm downpipe — Takes the factory restriction off the turbo for more flow, faster spool and a deeper note. Stainless steel, direct bolt-on. Supplied and fitted by DMS Tuned — MX-5 & all-marque tuning, Athens; ships across Europe.

DMS 4-1 Performance Headers — MX-5 NC

Hand-fabricated from T304 stainless steel, these 4-into-1 headers are the foundation of every DMS performance build. Designed and developed in our Athens workshop through extensive dyno testing.

Design Specifications

Material: T304 stainless steel, mandrel-bent

Primary tube diameter: 45mm (1.75")

Configuration: 4-into-1 collector for maximum top-end flow

Fitment: Direct bolt-on for MX-5 NC 1.8L and 2.0L

Finish: Natural brushed stainless

Why 4-1?

The 4-into-1 configuration prioritizes top-end airflow over low-end torque. For engines with performance camshafts running to 7,000+ RPM, this design delivers the most power where you need it — in the upper rev range.
