Factory output for the Seat Leon Mk4 2.0 TDI is 150 hp and 360 Nm. A Stage 1 remap targets 195 hp and 504 Nm — 45 hp (+30%) and 144 Nm (+40%).
Those are the figures we work to on this engine. They are a starting point, not a promise: the number we hand back is the one your car makes on our dyno, measured before and after on the same day, in the same conditions.
Where the 144 Nm shows up
On a diesel the useful change is torque, not peak power. Going from 360 Nm to 504 Nm fills in the mid-range, which is where a Seat Leon Mk4 actually spends its time — pulling from 1,800 to 3,000 rpm in a high gear, overtaking without dropping two gears, towing or carrying weight without the engine falling on its face.
Peak power moves too, 150 hp to 195 hp, but you will feel the 144 Nm far more often than the 45 hp.

The calibration is written for your car, not pulled from a file library. We adjust fuelling, ignition timing, injection timing and boost, then re-run the dyno to verify the 195 hp and 504 Nm figure and check knock, lambda and temperatures under load.
